Brilliance Helm Upgrade Stats

I really love this helmet because it allows you to cast improved haste, regular haste and bravery totalling up to 29% increased attack speed. Improved hase can only be cast upon yourself but its the same bonusm it just lasts longer than regular haste. So you can still buff your buddies with it and bravery. This helmet is the best of the non ancient helms so it can be upgraded to nearly equal the ancient helms. Plus I find these spells to be more useful than the others.
