Elven Chain Mail Upgrade Stats
Not really sure what the point of this armor is since it's a royal pain to make and its not all that great. Sells for a lot once you do make it though... just stick with the Steel Plate Mail or Dragon Scale Mail. Steel Plate is easy to make and it's better
