You can't upgrade Ancient equipment (not forget to unseal it with a Ancient Scroll).

For example. An elf and an Orc both are using Long Bow. Both the elf and the Orc are now Bow class, but the Elf is faster because his cooldown with Bow is lower than the cooldown from the Orc --> Elf is better with Bow because he can shoot faster than the Orc with it.
